With my kids, they already knew we were moving. Which is not a surprise as we are both International Teachers. However, before deciding the place, we talked to them and they asked where and started to search about the country. They got excited and we told them their input was important. I think it is all about communication. I should add one is 8 and the other 11.

Wow. I would hope the parents would have initiated this discussion with their children prior to searching and interviewing.
